MANZAR – Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 2026

At MANZAR, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under this policy, you may request a return within the applicable return period.

1. UAE / Domestic Orders

For orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates, MANZAR accepts eligible return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
  • The product must not show signs of use, damage, modification, or misuse.
  • Proof of purchase/order information must be provided.
  • Screen protectors, tempered glass, cables, chargers, cases and other accessories that have been opened, applied, installed, or used may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, installation, or product-condition considerations, except where the product is defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

2. International Orders

For orders delivered outside the UAE, MANZAR accepts eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery.

The same general conditions apply:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging and included accessories should be returned.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Products that have been installed, applied, used, damaged, or modified may not qualify for a change-of-mind return, subject to applicable law.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • The wrong product
  • The wrong model, color, or variant

please contact MANZAR as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request clear photographs or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and/or defect to help us investigate the issue.

Where a product is defective or otherwise covered by applicable consumer-protection requirements, MANZAR will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, refund, or another legally applicable solution.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, the product must be returned within the applicable 7-day UAE or 14-day international period and must meet the return conditions above.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns may be the customer's responsibility.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, MANZAR will notify you whether the return has been accepted.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, MANZAR may request the customer's bank/payment details or use another appropriate refund method.

6. Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, MANZAR will determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and any applicable non-refundable delivery charges, subject to applicable law.

For international returns, the customer may also be responsible for applicable international return shipping, customs duties, taxes, or other charges where the return is due to a change of mind.

7. Non-Returnable Situations

A return may be refused where the product:

  • Has been used or installed
  • Has been damaged by the customer
  • Has been modified or altered
  • Is missing original packaging or included accessories
  • Shows signs of misuse
  • Is returned outside the applicable return period

These exclusions do not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.

Please do not send products back without receiving return instructions from MANZAR.

9. Policy Changes

MANZAR reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply, subject to applicable law.
